A regional bus service provider knew they had the capability to deliver the technical and operational aspects of an expanded service offering and had opportunities through tendering to achieve this goal. The company engaged Scriptus to provide the missing tender expertise and bring our understanding of the complex commercial and compliance aspects of the process, and express their response in a manner that would resonate with the tender evaluators and compete with larger companies.
SCRIPTUS SOLUTION
Scriptus worked closely with client teams to breakdown the tender requirements, review scoring and process components to create a project schedule to manage the response development. Scriptus used its deep understanding of procurement structures to allow the client to focus on response aspects that would make the most impact and ensure the client could demonstrate compliance with all aspects of the response, leading to a successful client outcome and a winning bid.
RESULTS
Scriptus was able to cost effectively deconstruct and simplify the bid process, and helped our client win new contracts worth more than $10 million an ROI of more than 10,000-1.
