Keith Boyer, Director

With two decades of experience in the non-profit and public service sectors, Keith brought his entrepreneurial consultancy skills and wide and varied contract lifecycle experience to found Scriptus Consulting in 2016. Now as Director and Principal of Scriptus, his expertise lies in developing public transport contractual structures, contract and risk management processes, frameworks, and performance management regimes that deliver value for money, enhance post-award contract management and improve service delivery. Known for his holistic, yet often ‘out of the box’ approach to each and every project; Keith brings his unique strategic perspective to solving complex problems to meet his clients’ needs.

 
Zara Trengrove
 

Zara Trengrove, Senior Consultant

Joining the Scriptus team in 2022, Zara brings over two decades of operational experience in the transportation and logistics sector, holding Board and Senior Executive roles for various ASX and national organisations. Zara has led numerous projects through periods of constant disruption and has gained a keen operational understanding of regulatory and legislative environments and their impact. She brings this vital experience to our clients who are seeking to adapt and/or change their business models, and shares her critical and creative thinking to the strategic alignment of organizational priorities and processes. Zara’s background and insight enables our clients to pivot their products and service offerings in preparation for business merges and sales, and in identifying vertical scaling opportunities due to changes in operating environments.

 
 

Courtney Leigh, Consultant

With extensive project management and business optimisation experience within the public sector, Courtney brings structure to process design and problem solving, delivering on key project service delivery assignments. Courtney’s formal education in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and her Bachelor of Environmental Science has also given her highly valuable expertise and contemporary experience in areas around sustainability, environmental impacts, and renewable energy concerns in the transport sector. Courtney offers our clients a distinctive perspective on modern business management practices and government policy requirements.

 

Robyn Boyer, Director

B.V.A. (Creative Advertising), B.A.(Hons)

Robyn brings many years’ experience across the public and private sectors, having working in such diverse fields as technical education, telecommunications, advertising, insurance, and in more recent years working with Keith in the transport industry. Robyn’s core skills are in business development, designing and developing communications with government and customers, and maintaining client relationships. Given Scriptus’ increasingly international profile, Robyn’s history of traveling, and immersing herself in various cultures and historical perspectives, has seen her serve a critical role as Scriptus’ cultural attaché ensuring our clients receive personal service and attention.

 

Stephanie Swalwell, Risk Management Consultant

Partnering with the Scriptus team in 2021, Steph is our go-to risk and assurance professional who has over fifteen years of experience working in risk management in the transport environment. With a particular focus on the railway industry and being predominantly based in the UK, Steph’s insights and expertise bring a global perspective to our Australian, Middle-Eastern and US-based clients’ projects. Steph is skilled in process and project management, business process improvement, rail transport systems, transformational change programs, as well as quality assurance, audit, and insurance fraud investigation processes.
